I have an email package on my account. How do I change my POP / IMAP email password?
To change the email password on your POP / IMAP account please do the following:
- Login to your account
- At the top, go to "Email & Apps - Basic Email - Manage"
- Click on the domain name
- Next to the email address, in the "Password" column, click "Update"
- Type in the new password. Rules for the password are that it must be 10 or more characters long and contain a mix of lowercase, uppercase, numeric, and symbolic characters.
- Click "Save All" at the bottom
